Just read through the book “The Complete Guide to Vegan Food Substitutions”. It is truly a MUST HAVE for all new Vegans. A great resource! Have not been able to put it down as it is filled with great recipes and useful, practical information and advice for taking any recipe and “veganizing” it by substituting vegan ingredients. It will make any transition to eating vegan much easier. If you don’t have this book, I highly recommend buying it. Kindle version is $9.99.
